The website is provided through Lovable and the technical infrastructure used for its operation. Cloudflare is among the services used for its technical provision.
This website does not use tracking, analytics or marketing services. Google Fonts are hosted locally. No user profiles are created.
Contact and Support
If you contact me by email or WhatsApp Business, I use your information for our communication and – if you decide to work with me – for the preparation and provision of your sessions.
Personal messages and calls via WhatsApp are end-to-end encrypted. If you prefer not to use WhatsApp, you can contact me by email instead.
Online Sessions
Online sessions may take place via Zoom Workplace. My Zoom account is configured with privacy in mind. Data at rest is stored within the European Economic Area (EEA); audio and video transmission during sessions hosted by me is processed through a data centre in Germany.
Sessions are not recorded. Transcription, automatic captioning and AI-based processing of conversation content are disabled.
Confidential Handling of Your Information
I treat personal information and any notes from your sessions confidentially. My own notes are stored securely on a separate personal device used for this purpose.
I do not sell your personal data or use it for advertising or marketing. Information is shared only where necessary for a service you choose to use or where required by law.
Personal information is retained only for as long as necessary for the respective purpose or to comply with legal obligations.
Your Rights
Under applicable data protection law, you may request information about the personal data I process about you and request its correction or deletion.
