Two Perspectives Come Together
For more than 25 years, my main professional work has been in demanding projects and positions of responsibility. I move between different people, cultures, languages and constantly changing, highly complex organisational structures – from technical detail to strategic and overarching questions. Each of these levels requires a different degree of granularity, a different language and the ability to continually adapt to the person in front of me and to the respective context.
Analytical thinking and a fine sense for people and dynamics have accompanied me from the beginning. Much of what I intuitively perceived and used in my professional life became more conscious through my later training and continuing education. Today I can bring this side of myself into my work more deliberately.
For me, these two perspectives complement each other naturally: logic helps me understand and structure complex matters. Intuition broadens this view to include subtler signals, moods and dynamics. Together, they allow me to perceive different levels more comprehensively and bring them into relationship with one another.
Training and Experience
This approach was deepened especially through my continuing education with Thomas Hübl since 2019, including the Timeless Wisdom Training. His work with presence, interpersonal relationship and transparent communication has had a lasting influence on me.
Another important foundation is my training as an Energy Coach with Bruno Erni® and Jutta Egger, which I completed in spring 2024. My subsequent training in animal communication with Helen Gerber Sirin of mittierenreden.ch added another dimension to my understanding of living systems. Since completing my Energy Coach training, I initially supported people without charge, bringing these different experiences together. I now also offer Energy Coaching as a part-time professional activity.
My path also includes my Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Electrical Engineering, specialising in Information Processing, completed in 1999, and my Executive MBA in Public Management from 2018. In my work, structured thinking, intuition and many years of experience with people and complex systems therefore come together.
Intuition and Perception
Alongside my rational side, I have for many years been accompanied by a fine sense for nuances and interpersonal dynamics.
This sensitivity also plays an important role in my professional work. Especially in projects where people with different perspectives, interests and needs come together, it complements my structured approach.
Today, both naturally flow into my work as an Energy Coach: clear thinking and subtle perception, combined with training, experience and an open, self-reflective attitude.
Personal
I love life – with everything that is part of it.
I enjoy travelling, spend a great deal of time in nature and especially often in and under water. There, I can feel in a very immediate way just how deeply everything is connected.
Challenging experiences are also part of my life path. Some of them have deepened my understanding of how development, relationship and integration can become possible.
Today I feel a deep joy in life and a great curiosity about what it may continue to show us.

Over the past two years, I have had the privilege of accompanying a number of people for part of their journey. I have repeatedly been touched by how different people are – and by how new possibilities can open when we meet ourselves with openness and attention.
Change develops in its own way and within each individual process. I bring my full presence, my experience and my willingness to accompany you attentively and respectfully on your path.
Again and again, the feedback from my clients has surprised me. Some described significant changes; others simply expressed their deep gratitude.
As an engineer, I remain fascinated by the question of the underlying connections. I try to understand them and to build bridges between experience, science and spirituality. As an Energy Coach, above all I feel joy and gratitude when people sense after a session that something in their life has developed in a positive direction.
