How I Work
Attentive Support – with a Clear Guiding Thread
Each session is tailored to the individual – online via Zoom, remotely or, if desired, in person. Remote sessions are possible once we already know each other and have agreed on this together.
Your Individual Path
At the centre is your own path and what is essential in each particular moment. The starting point is your topic, your current situation and what emerges in the shared process.
I combine attentive perception, practical energy work and a mindful shared relational space. Depending on what is needed in the moment, I may work, for example, with light and energy work as well as targeted energetic impulses and harmonisations.
Which elements are used emerges from the individual session. I follow a clear structure without adhering to a fixed sequence.
Five Movements as Orientation
In my work, I repeatedly encounter five movements. They provide orientation for the support without prescribing a fixed sequence and may overlap, repeat or carry different weight.
- 01PerceiveWe first look at what is showing itself in the moment.
- 02ExploreWe explore possible connections, meanings and contexts.
- 03Work PurposefullyWhere it feels right, energetic impulses, light and energy work or other elements of Energy Coaching may be included.
- 04Reconnect or RealignExisting experiences can be brought into connection with additional information, new perspectives or an expanded context.
- 05IntegrateWhat has changed or newly emerged during the session can then continue to settle within your own system and become integrated into everyday life.
Perceiving Before We Change
Before we harmonise something or offer an impulse, we look together: What is showing itself? How does it feel? What wants to be perceived?
A block, a belief, a resistance or a recurring pattern may have served an important function in its original context. Some things may have helped to protect, stabilise or cope with a difficult situation.
Other things carry the traces of deeply distressing experiences for which the necessary possibilities for processing, perception or shared regulation were not available at the time.
A block can have meaning or a function within its particular context. That is why we first look at its context and at what the system needs in the present moment.
Like a Ball of Wool
Sometimes only a single thread is visible at first. The whole weave is allowed to reveal itself step by step.
Like a ball of wool, we begin with this thread, follow it and explore together where it leads.
Expanding the Context and Opening New Perspectives
Our lives continue to develop. A pattern may remain connected to an earlier context even though the circumstances have long since changed.
We then explore together: In what context did it arise? What might it have protected or made possible? What does this context mean today – and what is needed now?
We bring the original experience into connection with today’s context and, where helpful, add further perspectives.
A simple example is the belief:
“If I need help, I do not have my life under control.”
“I am allowed to accept support, bring something into relationship and, in doing so, develop abilities that increasingly become available to me.”
Perhaps carrying everything alone really was necessary in the past because there was no one there to perceive what was happening inside us, because we ourselves could not communicate what we were experiencing or there was no space for it – or because the people around us were themselves occupied with their own burdens, roles or survival and therefore could not help carry what we were experiencing.
An expanded context can open new perspectives. The system gains an additional experience and therefore new possibilities. The earlier experience retains its meaning.
This can also involve beliefs and recurring patterns, as well as family, intergenerational or cross-lifetime connections. Together we explore the connections and possible additional perspectives. New viewpoints may arise from your own perception or may be offered by me as an impulse. What feels right for you can develop within the shared process.
Your own story is allowed to remain. The context in which we perceive and experience it today is allowed to become larger.
Some Things Need Relationship
Some experiences were painful, overwhelming or could only be regulated to a limited extent at the time. Today, they may be able to have a different experience within a heart-resonant relational space.
Sometimes what is needed first is another person who is present, perceives and helps to hold what once had to be carried alone. What remained alone then can come into relationship today and be regulated together. This can allow something that may have remained bound for a long time to relax.
The past is allowed to remain in the past. What may change is how strongly it binds, limits or determines our present experience today.
Different Things Need Different Approaches
Sometimes a targeted energetic impulse or harmonisation is at the forefront. Sometimes relief or regulation is needed. Sometimes it is about exploring a block and its context. And sometimes a belief or recurring pattern may be given a new direction. The support is guided by what is needed in the moment.
I work actively – and we work together. As an Energy Coach, I work energetically and, depending on the situation, bring in targeted impulses and harmonisations. At the same time, an essential part of the work emerges together.
Autonomy and Responsibility
It is important to me to strengthen people in their autonomy and personal responsibility. Where it is useful, I therefore also want to share possibilities that they can integrate independently into their everyday lives.
I take responsibility for the quality of my work and for what I contribute as an Energy Coach. Your personal decisions and your further path remain yours.

Getting to Know Each Other
A free introductory call of about 15 to 20 minutes via Zoom.
Beforehand, send me a brief WhatsApp message about what is currently on your mind. We will then get to know each other and explore together whether and how support might be helpful.
